Head of Marketing (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing (m/f/d) to start now!

We have exciting tasks for you: 

  • Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and sales objectives
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget
  • Manage and develop a team of talented marketing professionals and field marketing managers
  • Oversee marketing activities across the marketing mix
  • Provide guidance on brand and product marketing to ensure alignment across markets
  • Continue to develop and strengthen the company’s unique and compelling storytelling to build brand awareness, positive perception, reputation and esteem among target audiences
  • Plan and organize or support worldwide lead creation and nurturing campaigns, in collaboration with the US & French teams
  • Mastermind and execute innovative stakeholder communications strategies to educate and inform internally about activities and accomplishments
  • Set and monitor KPI's for marketing activities and measure the success of marketing projects and campaigns
  • Assess new market opportunities and create marketing strategies to develop new market segments, working closely with
  • product management, sales, and partner management
  • Develop and expand customer evangelism
  • Select marketing agency partners and review their activities
  • Be a stakeholder of the international CRM to serve the marketing, sales and other departments within the company

Your profile / qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a marketing-related education or university degree in business administration
  • At least 5 years professional experience in an international working environment, preferably in a management position with personell responsibility
  • Excellent knowledge of the overall marketing mix and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), French language skills are a clear plus
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs
  • Interest in technical topics
  • Hands-on mentality and good team skills
  • Experience abroad is a plus
